AX78120 是一款 USB 2.0 單埠/雙埠 UART 序列埠橋接控制晶片，整合 USB 2.0 控制器與 PHY，並提供二個高速序列埠。它支援兩種運作模式：1S（USB 轉單埠 UART/序列埠）與 2S（USB 轉雙埠 UART/序列埠）。AX78120 適用於多種 USB 2.0 I/O 橋接產品應用，包括 USB 轉 UART/RS‑232/RS-422/RS‑485 串列通訊卡、USB 資料擷取 (DAQ) 通訊卡、工業電腦與自動化控制系統、測量與儀器系統、醫療設備，以及 POS 終端機。

● 支援 1 個通用輸入/輸出接腳（GPIO）
● 內建 1.8V 與 3.3V 電壓調節器，只需單一 5V 電源供應
● 單一 12MHz 時脈輸入，可由晶體或振盪器提供
● 內建上電復位（Power-on Reset）電路
● 64接腳 LQFP 封裝，符合 RoHS規範
● 工作溫度範圍：-40°C 至 +85°C
