AX78120 是一款 USB 2.0 单端口/双端口 UART 串口桥接控制芯片，集成 USB 2.0 控制器与 PHY，提供二个高速串口。它支持两种工作模式：1S（USB 转单端口 UART/串口）和 2S（USB 转双端口 UART/串口）。AX78120 适用于多种 USB 2.0 I/O 桥接产品应用，包括 USB UART/RS‑232/RS-422/RS‑485 串口通信卡、USB 数据采集 (DAQ) 通信卡、工业电脑与自动化控制系统、测量与仪器系统、医疗设备，以及 POS 终端机。

● 内建上电复位 (Power-on Reset) 电路
● 64 引脚 LQFP 封装，符合 RoHS 规范
● 工作温度范围：-40°C 至 +85°C
