簡介

AX88796C 是一款專為嵌入式與工業乙太網路應用設計的 10M/100M 快速乙太網路控制晶片，具備低功耗、低接腳數特性，並支援可變 I/O 工作電壓的 SPI、Non‑PCI、SRAM‑like 及本地匯流排介面。其本地匯流排介面符合業界標準，支援 8/16 位元 SRAM‑like 或位址/數據多工介面，可直接連接各類常用或高階微控制器，無需額外外部邏輯線路。此外，AX88796C 亦針對具備 SPI 主機介面的 CPU，提供可選的 SPI 從機介面以簡化硬體設計。


AX88796C 內建符合 IEEE 802.3 / IEEE 802.3u 規範的 10/100 Mbps 乙太網路實體層 (PHY) 與媒體存取控制器 (MAC)，並整合 SRAM 封包暫存器，以高效率方式進行封包的儲存、檢索與修改。它同時支援多項進階功能，包括 電源管理機制、高效能封包傳輸、IPv4/IPv6 封包檢查碼卸載引擎、雙絞線自動極性校正 (Auto‑MDIX)、以及 IEEE 802.3x / backpressure 流量控制。

AX88796C 提供 商業級 (0°C～70°C) 與 工業級 (-40°C～85°C) 兩種工作溫度範圍，並採用僅 64 接腳的小型封裝，可大幅減少 PCB 空間需求。其驅動程式設計簡單，工程師能快速移植至各類嵌入式系統，協助開發人員以低成本、低功耗方式輕鬆整合乙太網路功能。
