AX99100 vs. AX99100A

What are the differences between AX99100 and it's successor AX99100A?

I read it's due to UMC 8" wafer copper process is EOL - But are there any additional changes / fixes in design?

    The core power of AX99100A will not be the original 1.2V of AX99100 due to the change of the chip process, the core power of AX99100A and the Power Output of on-chip Regulator (VO12, pin35) will both be 1.0V. There will be the biggest differences between AX99100A and AX99100.
