As a new member of the MontaVista Partnering Program, ASIX is incorporating MontaVista Linux into its USB2.0 to Ethernet controller products that enable any portable devices or small form factor embedded systems to be connected to the Internet with Ethernet interface. ASIX offers a wide variety of USB2.0 to Ethernet NIC controllers covering AX88172 USB2.0 to Ethernet MAC, AX88772 USB2.0 to Ethernet SoC, and AX88178 USB2.0 to Gigabit Ethernet MAC. The highly integrated USB2.0 to Ethernet NIC controllers are targeted for desktop, notebook PC, and embedded system applications such as USB Dongle, Docking Station, Handheld Cradle, IP STB, and PMP, etc. ASIX works closely with the customers to deliver high performance yet cost effective high-speed USB connectivity for their systems.
